• Recordings (audio or audio-visual)

• Metadata (e.g., track titles, credits, ISRC codes)

• Artwork (cover art, promotional graphics)

• Promotional content (trailers, snippets, banners)

2. Content Licensing & Distribution

2.1 Your Rights

You retain full ownership of your content.

By using Audioneix, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to:

• Distribute, reproduce, and monetize your content.

• Edit or adapt your content for compatibility and marketing purposes.

• Use your branding and likeness for promotional use.

2.2 Exclusive Distribution (YouTube & Social Media)

Some platforms like YouTube and Facebook require exclusive distribution through Audioneix. You may not upload the same content to these platforms using other distributors.

2.3 Content Restrictions

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Fully AI-generated music (synthetic recordings)

• Content you don’t legally own or license

• Copyright-infringing material

• Hate speech, illegal or explicit content

• Fraudulent streams or artificially inflated plays

3. Account & Fees

3.1 Pricing

For Independent Artists:

• $30/year per artist — deducted from your earnings only.

• No earnings, no fee. Risk-free.

For Labels & Distributors:

• Up to 50 artists: 20% revenue share

• 51 to 100 artists: 15% revenue share

• 100+ artists: 10% revenue share

All plans include:

• Global distribution

• Royalty tracking

4. Payments & Royalties

4.1 Payouts

• Minimum balance for withdrawal: $100

• Payment via PayPal or bank transfer

• 21-day processing after withdrawal request

4.2 Revenue Share

• 100% of royalties go to you

• $30/year per artist is deducted from royalties to cover platform services

• You only pay when you earn

4.3 Fraud & Penalties

Fake plays or bots will result in:

• Account suspension

• Loss of earnings

• Permanent ban (for repeated violations)

5. Account Management

5.1 Inactivity Policy

• No login for 3+ months: You’ll be notified

• No activity for 30 days after notice: Account may be suspended

• Reactivation fee: $100 (deducted from earnings)

5.2 Termination

• You may delete your account anytime

• Audioneix may terminate accounts that violate terms

• Upon termination:

  • Royalties over $100 will be paid

  • All content will be removed from platforms

6. Copyright & Disputes

6.1 DMCA Takedowns

Repeat offenders will be banned.

6.2 Legal Jurisdiction
